Collection Policy

Every order on this site is collected in person. There is no delivery: you order online, choose the hotel spa that suits you at checkout, and collect your order there.
Where you collect
You choose your collection point at checkout, from the hotel spas shown under Pick-up locations at the foot of every page. Each product page also shows which of them have that product in stock.
What collection costs
Collection is free. The total you pay at checkout is the price of the products, VAT included, and there is nothing more to pay at the counter.
How it works

You receive an order confirmation by email immediately after checkout.

Our team puts your order together at the hotel spa you chose.

We email you as soon as it is ready at the counter.

Bring your order number when you come to collect it.
Check your order when you collect it
Please open and check your order at the counter before you leave, and tell the team straight away if anything is damaged, missing, or not what you ordered. This does not affect your right to return an item or to a refund, which are set out in our Refund Policy.
Packaging
All products are securely packed in recyclable materials to keep them safe and sustainable.
