BUYER:
Any customer who places an order via the above website. The name, address, and contact details provided by the Buyer during checkout are considered official.
By accepting this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that confirming the order implies an obligation to pay the stated price and any applicable fees (e.g., delivery, VAT).
This agreement governs the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically via the website, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, GDPR, and Maltese consumer protection law.
The Buyer confirms they have reviewed and accepted the product specifications, price, payment terms, delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal prior to purchase. The Buyer also acknowledges that, due to hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products are not eligible for return.
Prices displayed on the website are retail prices, valid until updated. Time-limited offers remain in effect until their advertised end date.
The Buyer confirms that all data provided is accurate and legally authorized for use. Carisma Wellness Group is not liable for issues arising from false or unauthorized data entry.
The order confirmation and checkout summary form integral parts of this contract.
This agreement becomes effective on the date the Buyer places an order.
Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer. The Buyer must inspect the shipment upon delivery. If any damage is suspected, the parcel must be opened in the presence of the courier and a damage report filed. Without such a report, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the package in good condition.
4.1 The Buyer confirms having read and accepted all product details, prices, and delivery/payment terms displayed on the site.
4.2 Delivery will be made within 30 days, packaged and accompanied by an invoice.
4.3 If the order is to be delivered to someone other than the Buyer, the Seller bears no responsibility if the recipient refuses delivery.
4.4 The Buyer must inspect the product upon delivery. Any damage must be documented with the courier. Otherwise, the product is considered accepted.
4.5 Confirmation of the order online is sufficient for the agreement to be valid.
4.6 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Buyer must complete payment before delivery. If payment is not completed, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
4.7 If the Buyer’s payment is later cancelled or reversed (e.g., by the bank), the Buyer must return the product within 3 days at their own cost. The Seller retains all legal rights to recover unpaid amounts.
4.8 In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, public health crisis), delivery delays beyond 30 days will be communicated to the Buyer. The Buyer may cancel the order, request an alternative product, or wait until conditions normalize. Refunds (if paid) will be processed within 10 days.
4.9 Complaints and inquiries can be directed to the Seller using the contact information in Article 1.
4.10 Delivery is subject to full payment confirmation. If payment fails or is cancelled, the Seller is not obliged to fulfill the order.
4.11 The Seller may contact the Buyer via email, SMS, or phone for order updates, service follow-ups, or marketing purposes. The Buyer accepts these communications but may opt-out at any time in accordance with the site’s Privacy Policy.
4.12 The Buyer agrees to use the website in compliance with all applicable laws. Any breach is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
You may return your unopened product within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior approval from our customer service team.
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, returns are only accepted if the product packaging is completely unopened and intact. Opened items are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
Damaged parcels must be inspected and reported in the presence of the courier. If no damage report is filed at the time of delivery, the package is deemed to have been received in proper condition.
If the product shows signs of use, damage, tampering, or is not returned in the condition it was delivered, no refund will be issued.
Return processing will be completed within 7 business days after the product is received. Refunds to credit cards are subject to the processing times of the Buyer’s bank, which may vary.
Personal data provided during purchase or account registration will not be shared with third parties, except for logistics partners (e.g., courier services). The Seller will only disclose data when legally required.
Carisma Wellness Group complies with the GDPR and takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
Once data is no longer necessary for its processing purpose, it will be deleted or anonymized. By accepting this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges being informed under the terms of the Privacy Notice.
In the event of a dispute, all records maintained by the Seller (including electronic data and audio recordings) will serve as conclusive evidence.
Disputes up to the legally set value may be handled by the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) or Maltese Consumer Courts.
The Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms in this agreement and the attached order summary. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
