Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy has been prepared to inform customers (“Buyer”) who place orders through www.thepurestsolutions.com.mt(“Site”), operated by Carisma Wellness Group in Malta, regarding the cancellation and return procedures for products purchased online.
The relevant terms outlined in the Distance Sales Agreement between Carisma Wellness Group and the Buyer shall remain in effect and govern all return and cancellation requests.
All products sold on our site are backed by Carisma Wellness Group’s quality assurance.
If you receive a product and wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the product is completely unopened and in its original The Purest Solutions packaging. Prior approval from our customer service team is required. Once the product reaches our returns facility and is confirmed to be unopened, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If you suspect that your parcel was damaged during delivery, please open and inspect the package in the presence of the courier before accepting it. If damage is found, request that the courier issue a formal report and do not accept the package. If no report is filed and the package is accepted, it will be considered that the shipment was delivered in proper condition.
Products that are returned opened, used, damaged, or not in their original condition at the time of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Return processing will be completed within 7 business days of the product reaching our facility.
Once approved, refunds for card payments will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that depending on your bank’s billing cycle, the credit may reflect on your statement later. If so, we recommend contacting your bank's customer service for clarification.
